Hello, I would like to purchase the wordpress business plan but I have a few questions. Can e-commerce be sold with this plan with WooCommerce?

Though you do have more options with the Business plan, WooCommerce can actually be used with any WordPress.com site. You might want to read more about what you get in the Business plan and read the Introduction to WooCommerce before upgrading, as you might have everything you need already in the plan you already have!

Actually to be able to use WooCommerce you would need plan Business or above because it’s not possible to install plugins on lower plans.
On plan eCommerce, WooCommerce is already preinstalled, together with some of its extensions so it’s a bundle deal:
