WordPress Business Plan

Hi- The card we have on file was no longer active and our service expired. Our page is no longer active. We logged back in to renew the domain name fee, but don’t see an option to renew our business plan. The site is still inactive and I’m at a loss for what to do to get our site back up. Any help of suggestions?

Instead of the Business Plan, there is the WordPress Pro Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/

Hi there,
The plan has already been removed from your site, so it can’t be renewed any more.
But if you go to Upgrades ->Plans and buy a new Pro plan you’ll have all the features back that you used to have on Business. Once you’ve bought that plan, go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact, and our live chat/email support team can help you restore a recent backup of your site to set it back to how it was before the plan was removed and your site downgraded.
