wordpress business plan annual subscription

    Hi – I am looking at purchasing the ‘wordpress business plan annual subscription’. Can I add multiple domains to said subscription or do I have to keep purchasing an annual subscription per domain?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    You can add as many domains as you want to your blog. For example, you can add multiple domains to cover common misspellings of your primary domain, so that visitors who make a typo will still get to the right place. One of those domains will be the Primary Domain: all your other domains will redirect to the primary one. Visitors can get to your blog using any of the domains you added, but the address they see in their browser’s address bar will always be the primary domain.

    Is it not possible to have a multi site network within WordPress business plan?

    Essentially using this subscription to manage multiple domains that each have their own website?

    I dont think wordpress.com supoorts multi site indtallation.
    You need to use wordpress.org for it.

    @neelgajjar     is correct; WordPress.com doesn’t support creating a multisite network (even on the Business Plan) because WordPress.com itself is a multisite network.

    If you’re interested in creating a multisite network, you’re probably more interested in using the self-hosted version of WordPress instead of WordPress.com as that will work better for you: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    I’m following up on the Modlook tag to let you know that WordPress.com Business Plan does not support a multi site set up as you’ve described.
