  Hi,

  This plan (Business) includes the domain and webhosting?

  The domain is free in the first year, but what is the price in the second year?

  If WordPress provides webhosting, what kind of webhosting is it?

  Does WordPress ensures backups and website protection or is it customer’s responsibility?

  All this questions are about the business plan!

  The domain charge is included in your overall fee. WordPress.com provides hosting as outlined in each plans description, and backups and website protection are included.

  The domain is included in the price of your plan in the second and consecutive years once you sign up.

  – what kind of webhosting is it? why are some people chosing hosting via hostgator (or other) and not via wordpress?

  All websites on the business plan are on WordPress.com. Many people chose to self-host a WordPress website elsewhere. This support docexplains the differences very well.
