WordPress Business upgrade and ecommerce

    Hi
    I want to add a store to my blog. If I am understanding correctly I can either move to a self hosted site or upgrade to WordPress Business. I can’t seem to find anything that covers exactly what the Business upgrade offers, other than it saying ‘Advanced Design Customization’. Not sure what that includes.
    If I upgrade to WordPress Business can I install a shopping cart and what shopping carts can I install?
