WordPress Cancellation and Refund

I recently canceled my wordpress account from having it less than three weeks. I was informed that a confirmation link will come to my email and I have 12 hrs to confirm cancellation. It has been 5 hours and I have not received any confirmation at all to my email. To test my server or even if I was getting any emails, I sent an inquiry from wordpress of which immediately went to my email. When can I expect this email as well as my money back for the cancellation?
