wordpress cant format html properly

hi i have trying to add widgets,first plugins are not added in free version,so i went to add widgets for TEXT/HTML and added code for donation,google blogspot always format it properly i wanted to use wordpress and i see it shows ads and also can not format properly,no way close to google blogspot.
here is my code below for widget

You have to use the instructions I will link to knowing that no other instructions will work on a wordpress.COM hosted site. http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/
Note that the PayPal email link is not supported and PayPal customization options are not supported either https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/paypal-button-41?replies=12#post-2517229 This is not likely to be changed any time soon, if at all.

WordPress.COM users have code restrictions. No JavaScript, no form codes, except these https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/, no tracking codes, no advertising codes, and no unsupported embeds can be used on any wordpress.COM hosted sites.

I have answered questions here for 11 years. I predate all support docs and all members on WordPress.COM support staff except for one person. I do not wish to be on WordPress.COM staff nor do I wish to be a moderator here or anywhere else.

i would say you should be support staff here and earn a bit wont cost you as you giving your time here :) and there support staff us sleeping. -

I do not share my email address any more. Only Staff have the relevant one. I do not provide any wordpress support other than answering some questions here.

no problem can we remove wordpress footer in free subscription or some trick in that ?
