wordpress can't logout

    I have recently upgraded to WordPress 4.5.1. I also was trying to edit my website title in my header.php file. Now for some reason, when I log into my WordPress admin. When I try to logout, it shows that I logout, but when I go back to my website it still has me logged in. So once I log into my Admin, I’m not able to logout. Keeps me logged in, please help.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
