WordPress Cart/Checkout Issues

Our website (blueribbonmillwork.ca) is having issues with our cart/checkout if the user has more than one item in the cart. As soon as a user proceeds to checkout; one of the items in the cart is removed without prompting or confirming with the user. I have searched the forums and can’t seem to find a reliable fix. Does anybody know how I can possibly fix this?
