Can’t get reset password to work. I have to fix this and can’t get to the dashboard. My password is not working and the reset is not working. What do I do about this problem once I am in?

Hi there,
Is
https://lisaartastherapy.wordpress.com/the website you’re having trouble with, or is there a different site? -
-
The website
https://art-as-therapy.com/is using the open-source WordPress.org and hosted with MediaTemple. This forum is dedicated to supporting the hosted WordPress.com platform. You can see the differences here.https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
That said, the first thing I would suggest you try is to login to your WP-Admin panel by going to https://art-as-therapy.com/wp-admin
If that works, you can start troubleshooting WooCommerce. Updating the plugin may fix your issue, but could also make things worse. I would suggest having a backup before doing anything.
If you can’t get in, there are multiple ways to reset your password. you’ll need to login to the MediaTemple admin panel which will allow you to reset your WordPress password.

If none of that works, you’re probably best contacting MediaTemple support to regain access, then posing your question in the WooCommerce support forum.

I hope that helps :)
Cheers,
Eric
