I attempted to post a 2 part reply to news article on Deadline Hollywood” 19 minutes later part 1 shows finally but part 2 has not been posted. I attempted to post part 2 again and it again failed. Do you practice and believe in “Free Speech” and “Free Press”? orare you practicing censorship?

Our governments “Pandora’s Box”.
Along with so many things I have one in my life I spent 16 years and 2 months of my life working as a Law Enforcement officer. 3 in the US Army Military Police and 13 years and 2 months working as a Court Officer for the 44th District Court in Royal Oak Michigan (Detroit’s north side).
I am the only honest Law Enforcement Officer I have ever known.
Which is why I am tell everyone the following truth;
This is our governments “Pandora’s Box”‘;
They teach in Law School, college & the police academy that the government draws its RIGHT to create Law Enforcement agencies and or departments from the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution which says “All Rights not specified to the Union are therefore given over to the States and the People.”
There is a problem with the governments thinking as that Law Enforcement is specified in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15 which says “Congress shall have the RIGHT to call forth the militia to enforce the Laws of the Union.”
The US Supreme Court has given a ruling in the days of Lincoln that the militia is the citizens who are not government employees. Lincoln did not want to pay the militias because the government could not afford too. Well the moral of this story is that not any Law Enforcement agencies and or departments have been constitutionally legal.
And not any arrest made by those Law Enforcement agencies and or departments has been constitutionally legal.Part 2 of 2, Tuesday, October 6th 2015
Thus all people arrested for whatever crime has the RIGHT to have their unconstitutional arrest and or conviction overturned on Appeal.
This of course empties out all jails and prisons quickly. And everyone is going to wish they never let that Al Qaeda terrorist Obama try force Congress to take away our Constitutional RIGHT to “Keep and Bear Arms”.
As to the Unconstitutional making of Laws that restrict and or regulate our possession and or ownership and or carry of weapons and or firearms.
All those involved in the making of and the enforcement of said unconstitutional Laws are GUILTY of Violation of United States Code Title 18 Part 1 Sections 241 & 242 Violation of a person’s RIGHTS under color of Law.
That is 2 Federal Felonies they are GUILTY of for taking away and or infringing upon our Constitutional RIGHTS. Laws have to be made within the Constitutional restraints or they will just make our country even worse! Sincerely,

I do not see a URL for the article you commented on above nor do I need one, because the right to choose to post any comment in whole or in part belongs to the person who published the article on their site. Therefore, you are barking up the wrong tree.

Opinions are like assholes – everyone has one.
Nothing in my agreement with WordPress and or Deadline Hollywood said they had reserved any RIGHT to censor a member posts.As to a url – that also would be the fault of WordPress not mine.

As I said above, I do not require the URL of the article that you submitted comments to. Every one of us bloggers and website owners are publishers and every one of us has the right to choose exactly which comments to approve post and which ones to ignore. That applies no matter which hosting company hosts our blogs.

Legally speaking you are wrong.
It has to be in the agreement that the member agreed to for said site.
If you have it in your Members agreement and or Terms and Conditions for members use of said site – than yes you have the RIGHT to censorship. But what kind of person censors someone else? Only the kind who wishes to control and have a one sided blog. A self righteous person who does not care about the opinions of others.

Part 2 of 2 is the rest of the legal description and aspects of part 1 of 2.
You talk a lot like a politician.
Saying many things but always avoiding the answer and the truth.
Always trying to keep it a one sided discussion by censoring the truth even from your own mouth, pen and or computer in your responses.

Have you searched the VIP hosted site in question to determine what their guidelines for comment publication may be?

Deadline Hollywood has WordPress host the Comments section on their website and as such legally speaking Deadline Hollywood has to abide by the WordPress terms and conditions – Terms of Service and or User Guidelines that are set for the Members of WordPress.
Paralegal huh – I have a degree inn Criminal Justice and I have studied Law, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering and I started with Physics in 1976 when I was still only 16 years old.
Some fools made the mistake of giving an IQ test the first week of September 1969 and as that I had answered all the questions correctly they informed me I had a 300 IQ.
In their attempt to insure that this was not a fluke they gave me the same IQ test one year later.
I gave the same performance with the same results – 300 IQ.
One year after that they tried to give me that damned IQ test again and I told them I would not waste the 45 minutes of my time to take it again.
That it was foolish to do so.
I read the entire Colliers Encyclopedia set that my dad bought me and I did it in my spare time between 1970 and 1972.
In 1970 my dad let me spend a $1,000 of my own hard earned money from working on the dairy farm down the road and from blowing stumps for neighboring farms.
I spent that money buying $1,000 worth of stock in a little corporation called VIACOM.
In 1972 my dad and I bought VIACOM lock stock and barrel for $180,000
One month later this now 12 year old kid figured out how to use an old US Army Air Corp. radar unit to predict weather and my dad being an Electrical Engineer working as a Toll Test Foreman at Michigan Bell Telephone made it work.
Lawyer Richard Bruce “Dick” Cheney who was the junior partner of the “Domke, Marcoux, Allen, Beaman and Cheney Law Firm in Jackson Michigan that we hired to file the Incorporation paperwork for VIACOM also filed the Patents, Copyrights and Trademarks in regards to Radar weather prediction in the name of VIACOM as that it was a joint effort between my dad and I to achieve said goal.
In the 6 months after that we sold so much advertising that we paid off the $180,000 we borrowed to buy VIACOM.
The next week my dad and I Had Cheney help us with the filing of an IPO with the SEC to sell stock in our corporation VIACOM.
To this day only 10 % of my VIACOM has been sold in stock.
VIACOM has a net worth exceeding $489 billion dollars currently.
The very first day of sale of stock CBS bought $100,000,000 worth of stock.
One week after the initial sale of stock this 12 year old kid was worth $280 million and my dad $750 million.
One week after the initial VIACOM stock sale I founded (UMPG) Universal Music Publishing Group which I now hold as a solely owned subsidiary of VIVENDI SA too which I own 80 % of.
In 1975 my dad divorced my stepmother Nancy Thulin because she was caught having an affair with both Marcoux and Allen at the Law Firm.
But before he even filed for the divorce I had my dad sell me his $750 million dollar share of VIACOM for $100,000 so my step mother would not get half of my dads share of VIACOM.
Also in 1975 I bought out Halliburton for $140 million out of their bankruptcy.
On January 31st 1976 my dad died before I could sell him back his share of VIACOM.
On Friday February 14th 1976 with Cheney as my Lawyer I put everything (corporations and assets) into what I called my “Whitman Trust” and had it approved by the Jackson County Probate Court, 5th floor of the Jackson County Court building, 312 South Jackson Street, Jackson Michigan 49201. And yes the Court approved and signed off on my Whitman Trust.
I currently own in excess of 700 corporations employing about 60 % of the USA and about 40 % of Canada.
The FBI to who I have investigating some very bad people from the State of Michigan, Nevada and Texas decided to investigate me and my assets as well and the informed me that as of this years combined tax filings I now have a net worth exceeding $4.1 trillion dollars.
The moral of this abreviated life story is that I believe I have a much better understanding of business, Law and RIGHTS then you do.
Given you are a professional librarian and paralegal with many years of experience – just which one of us do think has the greater knowledge, experience and understanding of business, Law and RIGHTS?
I stand by the fact that WordPress and or Deadline Hollywood does not have the RIGHT to censor my post.

Site owners are free to choose what content appears on their own site, though, including the comments posted, much like you would be free to take down any signs people post on your property.
You might consider publishing full commentary as a blog post on your own site, then linking back to the original article.
