  I want a course of WordPress certification in building wordpress themes and managing CSS. Preferably Spanish courses and received in person. I’m from Honduras, but we would be willing to travel to the United States, just to receive the courses.

  Dozens, if not hundreds. Why don’t you start by looking for a Wordcamp near you?

  Thanks! I’m not searching for a basic WordPress course to update websites, I’m searching for a course for professional specialized to manage WP Themes, CSS and other wordpress skils.

  I’m in Central America, and there is no one place to learn that, that is why I am searching for some course in the US.

  There are tons of offerings from universities and colleges online. Google should point you to a few.

  For starters find a good computer programming school (should be able to find them in Central America) that has in the class series the PHP language (WordPress Themes are programmed in PHP), CSS (CSS is not limited to only WordPress but ALL web sites). You also want classes that cover at least basic web site system Administration. The use of HTML (used for formatting of text).

  You need a good foundation of computer skills, just looking at “WordPress” will get you in trouble.

  The above will get you started.
