WordPress Charge, no Receipt

  Hello, my business has had a few different people take over the webpage since it started. this has resulted in loss of chain who is the originating account with payment information & receipt receiving.

  We have noticed a charge by WordPress and are trying to track down what the originating account is along with moving that information to the most current employee.

  How can we get in contact with someone with finances at WordPress?
