WordPress Charge on Bank Statement

My account does not have a receipt that matches the wordpress charge on our bank statement. Need the receipt for financial records.

Hi! My guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders.
If you aren’t sure what that is, you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the charge. Once you’ve located the charge, you’ll have an option to contact (billing) support.

We’ve checked all emails possible but it says the site is connected to a different account.
That link shows us the invoice was found but when it takes us to the sign in page the charge is not there. When we click to contact it just takes us to this page to post on this forum. If you have an email we can email please provide that.

It sounds like there is still more than one account.
Can you share the name of the site associated with the charge?
Also, do you know what email address receives renewal reminders typically? Is that the one listed here?

Hmmm… according to what I can see that domain is registered with GoDaddy (another provider of WordPresss sites) and is not connected with accounts here on WordPress.com.

To clarify, we are not the only provider of WordPress sites and we do not have access (or account connections) to sites on providers like GoDaddy so we are not able to help in this area.
The good news is that you will be able to contact GoDaddy support and they will be in the best position to help you with our billing.

When we look up the charge on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/, it shows up as “finding” the invoice.

You had mentioned zoomnsupply.com (which is a GoDaddy site) but it sounds like you have a billing match for a .word domain, yes?
Is this familiar to you? Do you happen to know the full domain so we can look it up on our end?
I can confirm there are no charges under this account so it sounds like you may have another login with us that you will need to access in order to be able to manage your upgrades.

It looks like someone is registering multiple domains with our form of payment. None of which are ours.
