WordPress charged me for upgrade I did not renew/authorize

    Last year, I upgraded my blog so I could stream some music. I did not use the upgrade to it’s total advantage because I could stream music without storing it in my account. I had no intention of renewing my upgrade, but WordPress charged my credit card for a renewal without authorization. Of course, I can’t find how to cancel this action and retrieve my money since ‘Support’ doesn’t exactly give out contact information for the relevant department. Any clues?

    Volunteers answering support questions cannot help with issues of this nature. Please contact Staff directly Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
