WordPress charged my cancelled & deleted account.

  I created this new account to hopefully get in contact with someone at wordpress. I have a charge from in my bank account for a WordPress site that was deleted and cancelled October 2021. I have not had an active site with wordpress since, I’m rather frustrated that I had to create a new account to “get help”. I would really appreciate it if the charge made to my account on Oct 24, 2022 be refunded. Thanks.

  the account was for dollydoodle05, its been deleted for a year.

  Hi there,

  You would not have been able to delete your account until all active subscriptions were canceled. So, if you received a charge from us, the charge most likely came from a different WordPress.com account. I checked dollydoodle05 and there are no active subscriptions.

  If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at http://wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You can also reach out to billing support there directly.
