WordPress charged my debit card a month early for my site. NEED TO CONTACT!!!

  Word Press charged my debit card a month early for my site and I wasn’t going to renew. I have not used this site in months. I need to contact someone to refund my money. Please help with any contact info! Thanks in advance!

  Hey there!

  I can help out with this. Because your site was set to auto-renew, you were charged a month before expiration. We do this in case a user has trouble with the credit card transaction…this way, we have time to save their domain or other upgrades before they expire.

  However, it seems to have caused an inconvenience for you. I have refunded your $26, and disabled auto renew on your account.

  Since you were charged, your domain was also renewed. I am happy to leave this extension for you. You have use of this domain for an extra year. If you want to use it here, or on another non-wordpress.com site, you are welcome to do that. You can even transfer the domain to another host. Just let me know how you would like to proceed and I’ll provide instructions.
