I purchased my domain (www.hjpphotography.com) from WordPress, however my domain is hosted through weebly.com and my email is hosted through homestead.com
Can you tell me why am I being charge $99 for a premium website when I do not use wordpress for this? I was told that the $99 would be refunded, I noticed it was, then charged again. I had called in to have it refunded, but it never happened. Now I get another message from paypal that I am being charge another $99 for the wordpress premium for http://hjpphotography.com.wordpress.com I have never used that actual domain nor have I created or set up a website for that domain. The domain I use is my hjpphotography.com domain.

I went ahead and voided the Premium bundle renewal on hjpphotography.com.wordpress.com since your site isn’t hosted at WordPress.com any longer. I also went ahead and removed the domain from your Premium bundle so you can renew it individually for $26.00 from your Upgrades page here:

Can you confirm that you no longer want the Premium bundle? If so, I’ll remove it from your site right away so you won’t get charged in the future!

Thank you for the link, I have done the domain renewal and would like to have the $99 refunded that was charged to my account already on May 19th. I would also like to have the $99 that was charged to my account last year refunded as I was told it was going to be refunded – which it was but then it was charged again (I didn’t know it was charged again). It shows up under my purchase history as charged, refunded and then charged again. The two refunds can be refunded to my paypal account as I am not sure which bank account the first charge was taken from – I recently went to a new bank.

Hi Heather,
The $99 charge from 5/19 was voided so your card should not have been charged.
Regarding the charge from 6/13/13, it looks like you were successfully refunded for the first of two Premium bundle purchases you made around that date. Wendy then provided you instructions on how to cancel the second Premium bundle and receive a refund minus the cost of the domain. You can read those instructions in her latest forum reply to you here:

At this point, since the purchase was made so long ago, I’m unable to issue a refund. However, due to the misunderstanding, I went ahead and extended the expiration date on your Premium bundle to 6/19/15. The additional year is on us.
