WordPress charging my card, i forgot the user account

    As topic says.

    I set up a site a few years ago, then later switched to .org

    Now i saw wordpress charging like they did before. I dont even remember which account it was.

    Maybe a better question to ask is: How do i really contact support?

    If you don’t know what a charge is about, you can check it out at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
    To restore access to your other account, you can use the transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    What’s the URL of the site you used to have here? The WordPress.com account you used to create this thread doesn’t own any sites with us, and has never bought any paid upgrades from us.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ as suggested above – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
