WordPress Client Cannot Receive Assistance

Hello,
I set up Responsive Theme for my website TheHiddenChildrenoftheGoddess.comThen I set up Responsive Theme for my family member’s (Tom)
blog BeHeardandBeTrusted.comHowever, Tom does not have many of the tools that
I have in Responsive Theme.And every time, he wishes to post to the forum, he is told
to reset his password.
He has done this 3 to 4 times.
And he is supposed to receive an email and
every time he does Not receive an email.
The Forum tool says, “User does not exist”
which is false since Tom has had and continues to have
blog BeHeardandBeTrusted.com since 2010.Would you, WordPress Team Member,
please have a team member contact him
directly at (email visible only to moderators and staff)Otherwise, please provide a phone number so that
Tom can call and get technical help.
As mentioned, Tom has had a blog since 2010 and he really would like
to have the Stats and other tools that the Responsive Theme
does provide that I see but that he canNot see.Thank you,

thehiddenchildrenofthegoddess.com is hosted on WordPress.com
However, beheardandbetrusted.com is not hosted on WordPress.com; it is hosted by HostGator
Just to clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress are entirely separate. If you need help with a standalone install of the WP software, you need to post over at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username account there, you’ll need to register one.
