wordpress cms and images

  I have an image on my homepage for wordpress and I would like to enable it as a blog so a user can switch out that image. How do I go about switching out a image on the home page as a blog… but the image is a background-image using css?

  any plug-ins for this?

  Are you hosted here on wordpress.com? If you are looking to set up a blog on a website you already have then you need to inquire over at http://wordpress.org/support/ .

  So the bottom line here is that if you have a wordpress.com blog please post the url for it and we will work with you. But, if you have a wordpress.org blog then head over to the correct forum.
