wordpress.comにログインできなくなりました。

    wordpress.comに２つのIDを所持していますが、２つのうち１つのIDでログインができなくなってしまいました。IDが見つかりませんと表示されます。IDの入力ミスは考えられません。オリジナルドメインの更新料を支払い更新作業を行いたいのですが、オリジナルドメインを更新することができません。どうすればよろしいでしょうか？
