  I want to migrate my site over to GoDaddy to be hosted. It says thaty there are limitations for a wordpress.com site. Is there a way to still migrate it? Or what do I need to do?

  Godaddy and WordPress.com are two different places entirely. You can export the content you have created here (not theme or settings) and import it into a site you create over at Godaddy.
