  We have subscribed to the Premium WordPress plan which includes hosting. Could you confirm that WordPress is indeed our host.

  When I want to access the management of our subscription I get the following message:
  “MAPS” section:
  “This plan was purchased by a different WordPress.com account. To manage this plan, log in to this account or contact the account owner. »

  “PAID OPTIONS” section
  “This product was purchased by another WordPress.com account. To manage this product, sign in to this account or contact the owner. »

  And in the site administration:
  “DOMAIN” section:
  Regarding the domain name: territories-cinema.fr
  It says it “is registered with an external vendor”!
  Who is this supplier?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your site http://territoires-cinema.fr/ is indeed running on the wordpress.com platform. And as mentioned in what you see, that site is connected to another account of yours https://wordpress.com/forums/users/fdrichard/. I also see you posted today an article called “Colloque international sur le cinéma en France de 1908 à 1919, dans les murs du CNC”, so you do have access to that site.
  According to whois info, your domain is registered with Avancenet in Paris, https://www.whois.com/whois/territoires-cinema.fr

  Both the testcinemablog.wordpress.com and territoires-cinema.fr sites are hosted on WordPress.com, however the latter is owned under a different account. Additionally, the Premium plan is owned under yet another account.

  To manage your upgrades, you’ll need to login as the appropriate user and then go to Personal Settings → Purchases → Active Upgrades here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  If you would like to transfer site ownerships, here’s how: https://wordpress.com/support/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
