WordPress.com Ads Failed Payment

I have received a couple of emails that my WordPress.com ad payment failed. I did 2 ad campaigns thru Blaze (at the same time). It appears they charged my credit card $14.51 out of $15 allocated and now they are trying to charge the card for 49 cents. It obviously is not going through. I do not know why it split the amounts like that. I do not know how to resolve this and finding a phone number or email for customer service is impossible. I run my site through Bluehost though it was a WordPress.com ad and I feel WP is who I need to contact.

Adding to the original post since it won’t let me edit – I ran 2 campaigns at the same time. I was charged $15 for one ad and $14.51 for the other. I had authorized $15 for each but since it didn’t charge the full amount, it’s now trying to get $0.49, which I’m sure my credit card will not allow.

Do you know whether you’ll be using another Blaze campaign?
