WordPress.com and site won't load

    Every time I come to wordpress.com I get an error message saying “Sorry we can’t load your reader’s subscriptions” or something like that, and I can’t click on anything! I can’t go to edit my website and when I load my profile, the fields are empty. What’s going on? am I the only one having this issue?

    It has been this way for a while now, and I was hoping WordPress would fix it on their own, but I still can’t access my site to do any edits.

    Hi there, do you log out of your WPcom account and/or clear your browser’s cache and cookies from time to time? That would be the best place to start troubleshooting this issue.

    Start by logging out of your account (make sure you have your password handy) and then follow the directions on this page https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

    Also, if you are using ad-blockers or other browser extensions try turning them off and re-enabling them one-by-one to see if one of them is causing this issue.

    Thank you so much, I normally just keep signed in, but I tried that and it worked.
