WordPress.com became too slow

Last months WordPress.com became catastrophically slow for me.
Just calling admin dashboard, opening new posts and pages, deleting images in Gallery and etc lead to long delays and failure. Sometimes I can’t add any new posts or pages.
I use Chrome and Edge browsers, have good internet connection, no any plugin.
What I have to do?

Yes, I follow next rules:
- For text writing use mostly classic blocks
- Divide a long page into multiple pages.
- If you use pictures, then first place a copy in a small size, and then link it to the media file of the original picture.
- Do not use complex blocks unless absolutely necessary. Remember, great design is good, but the most important is content!
I think, now my sites are mainly of text, no big images. no unnecessary blocks. Unfortunately, now I always have trouble even to open New post or New page in my desktop.
