    Wordpress.com… the worst service I’ve come across. Not only have you shown complete apathy towards the fact that the missing articles (over 800 research articles) were a problem you caused, but you also cost me direct money since the woo-commerce client list (paid subscribers) is also missing, as is the capability to sell any new subscriptions.

    Your staff suggested a website rewind. Then the website broke down. Then me and my team repeatedly asked for you to solve the issue and the only thing I got as a reimbursement was 3 lousy more months of the service for free…. WHO CARES ABOUT THE MONEY! I’D HAPPILY PAY YOU 5 YEARLY SUBSCRIPTIONS JUST TO FIX THE DAMN ISSUE ALREADY! Meanwhile I’ve even purchased a woo-commerce bundle from you.

    It’s been almost a month now and there is 0 progress. Last week I send an email, asking you to restore a back-up you said you had kept separate. Now I’m waiting for a reply for nearly a week!

    I’m desperate and I’ve not only contacted our corporate lawyer who is now in possession of all the relevant documentation, but he also suggested that we should go public with it.

    I’m considering all options, since you are completely unprofessional and have zero respect for our work and the fact that we trusted you.
