Is WordPress.com Business plan only one year and two options? I don’t want to pay that long in one lump sum because I’m afraid that 360’s plug-in will not meet my requirements

It looks like that plugin requires the Ioncube PHP module, and that is not supported on WordPress.com. So you won’t be able to use that specific plugin with us:

WooCommerce is made by the same company that owns WordPress.com.
But we don’t make that plugin, nor does WooCommerce. It’s a third party plugin made to integrate with WooCommerce, but it was made by someone completely uninvolved with WooCommerce itself.
