WordPress.com login NOT recognizing my email, but I got comment notification

  I have an old wordpress account since 2009 and I regularly wrote my blog until last year, where I cant login anymore. musniumar.wordpress.com

  So I signup today using my old email hoping to get my blog back.

  I’m asking someone in support to please change the email of musniumar.wordpress.com blog to THIS ACCOUNT EMAIL ADDRESS (the one that I currently using) so I can continue to update my blog.

  In my old email I got comment notification for musniumar.wordpress.com
  these email screenshots is a prove that I am the webmaster of musniumar.wordpress.com

  I dont have either a transaction ID, an activation URL or key or a two factor authentication code. But I hope that these email screenshot is good enough.

  Please help!

  Hi musniumarblog,

  musniumar.wordpress.com is owned by musniumar so you will need to login to that account in order to update the email address. We cannot make changes to another WordPress.com account without permission from that account.

  If you still have access to the old email address, please try resetting the password with that or the username musniumar.

  I have no idea/ I forget what email musniumar.wordpress.com use

  I have two active emails and everytime I ask for “lost/forget password” for musniumar.wordpress.com I didnt get any of the password in my active emails

  In musniumar.wordpress.com I uploaded many of my activities with a lot of my pictures and selfies, so will it help if I upload “selfie” video, with me asking for the staff team to give me access to musniumar.wordpress.com? I think this is the best way to proof my ownership for musniumar.wordpress.com

  What do you think? I’ll try to upload the video as soon as I can.

  How will you upload a video to the site if you cannot log in to the account that owns it? In any case, we cannot accept any content added or uploaded to a site as proof of ownership.

  The only way we can give you access to that site is if you can provide one of the forms of verification required on our account recovery form.
