WordPress.com not working?

    Anybody else having problems today with not being able to access any admin areas, just getting a blank screen? Wherever I try to go in the admin side of any of my blogs, in any browser, I just get a blank screen loading, blue bar at the top and big blue W logo in the middle, as if the rest is loading…but nothing else does! I’m on an iPad, but tried other browsers apart from Safari, and it’s just the same. All I actually want to do is unsubscribe from daily WP emails suggesting what I might do with my newest blog, but the unsubscribe link from the latest email loaded a blank screen, and I’ve now found that I can’t do anything else either, even in my other blogs. Is it me?

    I have the same problem of access to admin from iPad. The same blank screen. Using Safari but have tried Chrome and Firefox.
    I can access from the laptop and from the app. I have cleared the cache and checked my settings and I do not think anything has changed.

    Does anyone have a solution please?

    I had the same issue suddenly today (the first time its happened in many years). Contact live chat support, they advised that its a compatibility issue between SAFARI and WordPress own recent updates.

    I was advised to update my Safari browser to version 11 (currently still on Yosemite OS, rather than High Sierra) and it would ‘likely’ fix it. I didnt install the updated operating system after finding out i could still log in with Chrome and Firefox.

    I was told they’re working on it, but the answer may still to be to ensure you’re using the latest version of Safari. VERY frustrating day.

    There’s an indeed an issue with older versions of Safari as of now – we’re working on getting it fixed.

    If it’s possible, I’d suggest either upgrading your browser OR try opening the site in a different browser, like Chrome or Firefox.

    In the meantime, it would really help if you can share your exact version of Safari and macOS.

    I found this thread and am having the same issue. I work with a Mac and here is my version number. Version 10.1.2 (10603.3.8)

    As of just now ( 06.30 BST ) the issue on Safari 10.3.3 ( 14G60 ) is fixed!
    FYI – I tried yesterday in Chrome and Firefox and the issue had persisted.
    My laptop with OS El Capitain had no issues.

    Whatever fix has been made … thank you!
