WordPress.com Page Title Is Not Updating

  I needed to update one of my page titles from ‘Human Rights 2018’ to ‘Human Rights 2019’. Despite it saying that it is updated and seeing the updated title when logged in, it does not display the new title to the public. Why? And how can I fix this immediately.
