  Hi gplbrick,

  The upgrades for phoenixjazzorch.com were purchased through another WordPress.com account, which is why there is no option to cancel or manage them from the one you are currently logged in to.

  Please try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your last purchase receipt or renewal reminder was sent to. Once logged in to the correct account, you should be able to cancel the upgrades from the Manage Purchases page.
