[WordPress.com] Premium theme cancelled and refunded

  On 27 July I cancelled payment for a theme and received confirmation by email that it would be refunded. On 6 Aug. the refund has still not been made. Is such a long waiting time normal or it’ll never be refunded?

  Hi @daywriter66, the refund is complete on our end, but it can take a while to route back to your bank.

  I’d allow 5-10 business days, and if you still don’t see it then, you’ll need to contact your bank. We have an ARN they can use to try to figure out what’s going on with the routing.
