  hi

  a third party is wanting to pay for WordPress.com Pro for my business.

  they require quote ideally in pdf.

  I’ve only come across screens and then straight to shopping cart.

  No proper quote document

  can I have one please? then i can purchase the plan.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Unfortunately we’re not able to issue quotes/invoices in lieu of payment for upgrades on WordPress.com. The only way to pay for an upgrade is directly via the checkout page, using one of the payment options listed here:

  https://wordpress.com/en/support/payment/

  If the upgrade purchaser has a WordPress.com account, you can invite them as an admin on your site, which would allow them to purchase the upgrade directly. Once they’ve done that, they can then contact support an request that we transfer the plan to your account, and then you can remove them from your site again.

  Alternatively, we do provide receipts for all purchases on WordPress.com, so another option is for you to make the purchase, and then submit the receipt for reimbursement.
