Our organization recently renewed our WordPress domain and I am still getting notices all over our account that we need to upgrade to use most of the features we’ve been accustomed to using for years. For example, it is not letting me upload any photos because it says I’ve already maxed out my 3GB storage max. I deleted a number of photos, documents, and videos in response yet I’m still able to upload a single JPG file.
Please help me understand why we continue to get notices that we need to upgrade to use the features we have been accustomed to for many years. Thanks!

Hi there,
I’ve reviewed your account, and I’m happy to inform you that your organization has successfully upgraded to the Premium plan. With this plan, your storage space has increased to 13 GB, so you should have no problem uploading any media files. If you’re still encountering any issues, please let me know, and we’ll be glad to assist you further.
Additionally, I noticed that your domain, kingcountyschoolhealth.com, is not currently set as your site’s primary address. To make it the primary address, please follow the steps outlined in this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/set-a-primary-address/
If you have any further questions or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help.
