  I cancelled this plan on 5th January and was told I would receive a refund within 7-10 working days and I am still yet to receive anything. Please can you advise when I will get my money back?

  I can certainly help you with that. I checked your account and found this: The refund was processed on January 5 from our end, and it’s possible that it was processed as a reversal by your bank/credit card company, which could have resulted in the original transaction being removed from your statement.

  To find out if that’s the case, it would be best to reach out to your bank/credit card company directly for assistance.

  I have contacted my bank and there is no evidence of this transaction attempting to be refunded at all?

  When will I receive my money back?

  Hi @chloewebsterssm

  The renewal was cancelled and refunded the same day it was charged so there is no ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) available for this refund.

  This means the refund was issued before the original charge was settled with the bank, so the original charge will simply disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
