WordPress.com support is ignoring me

I deleted the domain, but it has not yet been removed from the WHOIS information. I need to update the public contact information in the WHOIS records, but since the domain appears as deleted on the WordPress.com site, the update function is not displayed, and I cannot make the changes myself.
This is a serious personal information protection issue, so I have repeatedly emailed WordPress.com support requesting urgent action. However, they have ignored me for about five days now, and I am at a loss.

You seem to be obsessed with email here. You don’t follow up quickly when you say you do. Being ignored by support seems to be the norm on this platform.
