  Hi,

  I really like WordPress Reader. I like the new Backend and the Blog https://en.blog.wordpress.com/

  My question is: Why isn’t there a standard Worpress Theme like this? I really would like to use it.

  Hi Martin,

  The theme of the WordPress.com Blog and website was designed internally for use on WordPress.com and not something we currently plan to distribute.

  If you could tell us a bit more about what you’re looking for I’m sure we can recommend something that is available on WordPress.com that will meet your needs.

  As for the WordPress.com Reader, it’s a JavaScript App using Node.js and the WordPress.com API. We’ve open sourced the code which you’ll find on GitHub:

  Thank you for the Calypso link, I didn’t knew that it is on Github. You did a great job by designing Calypso and I also would like to see a Calypso-Wordpress-Theme :)
