WordPress.com Verifcation code not receivering

  Hi there,
  I got stuck in two-factor authentication when logging in. Because of WordPress, the code does not come with code verification. I contacted the carrier to see if there was an SMS problem. But they said it was not a problem. I lost my backup codes. Is there a problem with wordpress sms system?
