WordPress.com vs WordPress.org

Hey there,
Recently, I asked one developer to create a website for me on WordPress and he did it in 5 days for me. But someone told me that wordpress.com and wordpress.org are two WordPress platforms. Now I am confused that are these really different? If, yes then which one is best? And also tell me where my website is made by wordpress.com or wordpress.org. The website is apksclub.com, please help me, i am newbie and totally confused whether website on right platform or not.

apksclub.com is not a site hosted here on WordPress.com. It is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
