wordpress.com website works, but our own URL does not

    We have a website registered that appears at both blah.wordpress.com and blah.org (of course, not the real URLs). Until now, both have been working fine. However, as of at least today, only the blah.wordpress.com address works. If someone goes to blah.org, they get ‘

    ‘This site can’t be reached blah.org’s server IP address could not be found.
    Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
    DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN’

    WordPress is our host.

    I have not made any changes, and the other with access to the page are highly unlikely to have done so, either. We have no message requesting payment and received no emails like that, either. We have a ‘free account,’ according to what WordPress says when we login to WordPress.

    There are no custom domains owned by the account you are contacting us from — can you send the exact URLs? We’ll need that information to look into what is happening :)

    Hi! Can you contact GoDaddy? When I try to dig its name servers, they aren’t returning anything.

    It’s possible you just need to verify your email address or something. Good luck!

    Oh! Scratch that; I actually noticed your mapping expired recently as well. Can you get that added back in?
