WordPress combined two accounts somehow.
-
Hi. I have a blogpage I’d opened about a year ago for my business Mtnmods with a username of the same. My church asked my to write for them as well and set me up with a link to their page zionsriver with username deansimmons. Problem I’m having now is that they seem to be combined into one page which will not work. Can you help me please? I am brand new to this and don’t find what I’m looking for in the help menu.
Thanks,
Dean Simmons

Let’s start with this fact. The email address registered with your WordPress.com account is your unique identifier. You can use a single email address for a single wordpress.COM account only. You cannot use the same email address on more than one account.

This is an empty wordpress.com hosted blog https://mtnmods.wordpress.com/
It was registered under this username account https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/mtnmodshttps://zionsriver.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
What is the URL of the church website you refer to starting with http://?

right! I have two emails, one for each account. This is the where I don’t know what happened. As you’ll see above, my page name is showing mtnmods. Yet, if I go to my profile in that account, it even shows deansimmons since thats what I asked it to display.

Right and that is not a site hosted by wordpress.COM. We do not provide support for it. We provide support only for sites that are hosted by wordpress.COM and no others.
zionsriver.com is hosted by YHC Corporation

As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
