WordPress Comments not submitting properly

  on my blog, gourmetfoodgarden.com i can enter in comments and submit them but they never show up as pending in the dashboard and just disappear. also when the page reloads the end of the url is missing the comment #, it looks like this /#comment-

  please advise, i have tried changing to default theme and deactivating all addons but nothing has seemed to make a difference.
