I had to go to my registrar to purchase a self-hosted wp.org which I did, I’m currently using the blogger to wp plugin but it’s saying I need to have a wp.org, I paid a while ago to have a self-hosted Word Press site, this plugin isn’t migrating my contend & I’m questioning do I have a self-hosted WP which I paid for or don’t I? Please help. I appreciate any quick response, thank you

It’s really hard to advise without knowing the site address but there are no WordPress.com sites under your account so, if you have a WordPress site it is likely hosted elsewhere and it’s what you would call a WordPress.org site.
What is the address of the site in question and what exactly are you trying to achieve?
