    Just setting up a website, need some support with both the technical and account side. Can’t find any way of getting in touch with WordPress, can anyone help?

    Thanks lizkarkoski!

    When I set up my account i chose the business premium option to get all of the bells and whistles including webchat to help me get started – but I can’t find any of these extras and I am not sure if my account is just a regular basic account or the business premium option?

    I entered all my CC details and it looked as though it was accepted so I don’t want to “upgrade” again and get billed twice – is there any way I can check?

    Hmm. It sounds like you may have opened up an additional account. I think that may be where your upgrade is hiding out.

    Did you register a domain URL when you made the purchase? I can look that up and find out for you. Or you can try to login with all of your email addresses as each WordPress.com account requires a unique email address. So the account we are looking for will be registered with a different email address than the account you’ve contacted me from here in the forums.

    There are not any charges on this account. orchardbarnfoods.co.uk has not been mapped to WordPress.com either – so I feel confident that your purchase did not go through previously. Did you receive an emailed receipt from WordPress.com?

    Try adding WordPress.com Premium from here. When you get through to step 4 of 4, “Let’s find a domain” you’ll want to click the link towards the bottom that is labeled “Already own a domain?” Enter orchardbarnfoods.co.uk there.
