  I’m afraid I don’t understand your question. Of what requirements are you speaking? What are you trying to do?

  If you have questions about the open source WordPress software itself, please see https://wordpress.org/support/ instead. WordPress.org is where the WordPress software is made and supported.

  The forum you’re posting in now is specifically for websites hosted on our servers on WordPress.com. We are not the same thing as the WordPress software/CMS.
