WordPress created account wrong

  Dear WordPress Support Team,

  I’m writing to request immediate assistance regarding a misconfiguration involving my recently purchased Business Plan and the domain SOLunconventional.com.

  Here’s the issue:
  • I purchased SOLunconventional.com and paid for a Business Plan to build and host my primary website under that domain.
  • However, the Business Plan appears to be unassigned or possibly linked to an old, inactive free site under crcoyne2013.wordpress.com, which is not the site I intended to use.
  • My Business Plan should be fully connected to SOLunconventional.com as my primary site and domain. At the moment, that domain appears to be floating without proper hosting or dashboard access.

  I’ve tried reaching out via chat support, but I’ve been caught in a loop—unable to get connected to a live Happiness Engineer despite my active paid plan.

  Please help me:
  1. Assign my Business Plan to SOLunconventional.com as the primary site.
  2. Remove any unnecessary connection to crcoyne2013.wordpress.com (or archive it if needed).
  3. Ensure all features of my plan are activated and properly accessible through the correct site dashboard.

  This is an urgent matter, and I’d greatly appreciate your direct help in resolving it.
