WordPress created by someone else
-
Hi,
I need help, someone created a WordPress blog in my employees name that previously worked there and I can’t access it to delete the blogs and use the url, how can we resolve this? We have a new business WordPress site already configured and ready to go. Can the owner contact you direct to resolve this?
Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/ Only the Admin of the blog can delete the blog.
Blogs are not owned by companies or organizations. Blogs are owned by the username account that registered the blog. You will need to contact the owner of the blog on your own and request that your username account be added as an Admin of the blog you want to own.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator
Then original username account and Admin of the blog who owns it can transfer ownership of the blog to your username account.

Thanks…the problem is that the employyee left under a cloud and no passwords or log on was passed on.

I’m sorry but the employee owns the blog. If you can’t do what I said above then all you can do is register a similar .wordpress.com URL http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/ or purchase you own domain http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/register-domain/
