Kindly refund last year amount as well as It was never highlighted that you all charge this for me.
I did cancel this last year within a day and it was charged.Refund this for last year and this year.
If you charge for domain, send the invoice in mail.
I need this to be escalated.

You all say free domain. But under the covers, you all charge..the charges appear months later in our CC bill.
